EVENT DETAILS

Welcome to the Palace Bowl Presents 2026 concert series. We’re excited to share this year’s programme and keep our local community informed as plans develop.

There will be up to 12 show days, taking place between the last week of July and 16 August. Some dates have already been confirmed. Please visit our Events page for latest updates and announcements.

RESIDENT TICKETS

If you live in SE19, SE20 or SE26 you will be eligible for discounted tickets for Palace Bowl Presents 2026. These tickets are limited to 2 per person. Ticket holders will need to bring proof of address in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement or similar to the event. You will not be able to enter with a Local Resident Ticket without this proof of address.

SOUND MANAGEMENT

A Noise Management Plan has been produced and constantly reviewed as part of the planning process. There will be agreed volume levels, monitored on-site by the industry’s leading acoustic consultants in conjunction with the London Borough of Bromley. Amplified music will cease no later than 23:00.

Sound Checks

Sound checks may take place on the day before and on each event day. Times of sound checks will be agreed with Bromley Council in advance. Sound checks will not take place on any other days.

It is also anticipated that there may be pyrotechnic/laser displays.

TRAFFIC & TRANSPORT

There is no public parking at this event and customers are advised not to drive, and to use public transport to travel to the event.

Crystal Palace Station may be busier than usual between 22:30-23:30 on all event dates.

TAXI / UBER / BOLT

A designated private taxi / Uber pick up point will be identified and planned for 2026. We are working with all taxis, Uber and Bolt to minimise the impact of collections on local residents.

PYROTECHNICS

Strobe lighting – pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting/special effects will take place during some performances.

LITTER AND CLEANING

We are determined to be good neighbours and we always aim to leave parks and local communities in the same condition as we found them.

If you have any problems with litter during the course of the events, please contact us on the community hotline or by email: cpbowl.residents@festivalrepublic.com and someone from our event team will ensure it is addressed. The number will be shared on this webpage in due course.

Toilets will be provided on the main egress route, as agreed with Bromley council and the Crystal Palace Park Trust.

SECURITY

We are committed to providing safe shows and we are working closely with teams of highly experienced security and stewarding companies, in collaboration with the Metropolitan Police, to review and plan an effective security plan.

There will be a response team available to respond to calls made to our residents hotline.

During the show or at any point in the build-up, you can report noise complaints to the Community Hotline or email address. The number will be shared on this webpage in due course.

We would urge everyone to report their complaint to this number in the first instance as all calls are logged and recorded and it allows our expert noise engineers to respond quickly.
